The editor's take
On paper it is a discount on the 5060 Ti. In practice the 8GB frame buffer is already tight in new games at 1440p and useless for local AI, so the card ages faster than its price suggests. The 16GB model costs a little more and is the one to buy; this one only makes sense when the gap is wide on the day you are shopping.
